Keep local places accessible
Our instructors need equipment and transport so we can offer free and subsidised places. Our targets are 50 children in phase one and 50+ annually during expansion.

The best moment to begin
Summer is often a child’s first chance to sail. Our camps give children time in the water with new friends. That welcome helps them find the confidence to try something unfamiliar.

Our local instructors and visiting coaches teach sailing and water safety. We need an expert coach from March to August 2027 to deliver instructor training, serve as lead coach for summer camps and help launch operations in North Eleuthera. Volunteers will help with camp preparation, activities and daily logistics alongside the coaches.
Our South programme at CEIS included summer camps in 2026, supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
More than 30 local children attended. The first instructor course, held from March to June 2026, helped participants progress from no sailing experience to teaching beginner sailing in three months and supporting summer programmes.

We offer sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingfoiling, matched to each child’s ability and available instruction.
We aim to use visiting-group fees to help cover programme costs and free and subsidised places for local children.
